How do I access these templates?

You'll get a link to the Canva templates immediately after you purchase. You'll also receive a PDF via email with some extra tips and instructions.

 

Do I need anything special to use them?

You can use a free Canva account to edit your video templates. No Canva Pro features are used in the videos. But if you already have the Pro version of Canva (or plan on upgrading), then your design options are endless!

 

What are the terms of use?

These Canva Video Templates are provided solely for personal and professional use. Purchasers are permitted to make unlimited edits or modifications to suit their needs. However, these templates must not be resold, shared, distributed, or used as a base for products intended for sale or redistribution in any form, whether digital or physical.

Anyone who wants to reach their audience online can use these video templates: business owners, solopreneurs, corporate teams, etc. While I primarily create content for LinkedIn, vertical videos like these can be used across many platforms. Are these for speaking videos?

While, technically, you could add a speaking video to the background of any of the templates, the point is to have the template's text be the star of the show. Any background footage is just that – background.

 

When should I use Canva vs. a video editor app?

Canva is a graphic design app, and not a robust video editor. Keep your edits simple in nature for these one-scene videos. If you want much more involved editing, check out a video editing-specific tool.
